Don’t worry I’m not going to turn this blog into an obsessive twilight fan page but I do feel like I had to mark the opening of NEW MOON with a few pictures…AAAAHHHHHH!!
I CAN’T WAIT to see this guy…
…betray this girl
…who then befriends this guy who is in love with her and totally gutted when…
…She fights for the love of the guy who abandoned her…. ohhhhhh juicy!
Can’t wait, but I think I will wait so that I don’t get crushed in the cinema by crazy teenage twihards!
AAHHHHHHHH!

It’s just over 6 weeks until Christmas…arrggg. Here’s some household accessories by LEGO to inspire you!
LEGO Brick cake/ Jelly mould £7.85
LEGO Cutlery, silicone Studs £16.65

City Coat Rack £14.65
Salt and Perpper Shaker £3.89
Rolling Cookie Cutter £6.85
Pro-Builder Toolbox £19.55

These are no longer available but made me smile so thought I should include them!
After that list of goodies now all you need is a kitchen to match!
AMAZING!! This LEGO kitchen was designed by Paris-based Simon Pillard & Philippe Rosetti, the Munchausen LEGO Kitchen was created around an IKEA kitchen island, which over a week they cover with more than 20,000 LEGO pieces. What an amazing result, I don’t know about you but if I had 20,000 LEGO pieces and a whole load of patience then I’d love to make a LEGO creation!
Cute! LEGO daisy Necklace by Pixxje
LEGO Cufflinks by Cufflinks
Camera and MP3 available at Urban Outfitters
Fashion designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac aka JC/DC showcased his Spring/ Summer 09 LEGO inspired clothing line, In the Sky with Diamonds, during Paris fashion week.
Happy building!

This weekend a pal told me that Opening ceremony had some Where the Wild Things Are inspired clothing for sale as well as a collection of jewellery by Pamela Love, which I had to blog about. Below I have created a list of all things inspired by the amazing book by Maurice Sendak.
Medicom Toy x Where The Wild Things Are available at Colette €65.00
Christian Joy, famously known as the designer behind the amazing Karen O from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs elaborate and imaginative stage costumes has created 5 monster suits in honor of Where the Wild Things Are , some of which are below and the others can be found at the Urban Outfitters blog.
Girl Skateboards have released a limited edition WTWTA decks
Pamela Love’s jewellery collection available at Opening Ceremony . The ring below and the horn head band are definitely on my wish list! (These pieces remind me of Dominic Jones’ collection which I posted pictures of a while back)
AWWWW, I LOVE THESE! Again from Opening Ceremony, unfortunately these playsuits have already sold out..booo, not that I could afford the cool $ 610.00 price tag.
Karen O wrote the score for the movie. Dressed in Christain Joy
Kubrick Toys WTWTA at Colette
Cute mobile at Salty and Sweet’s Etsy Shop for $ 30.00
Phew, what a long list… I think I might make a Max hat with horns and crown aswell as a tail and claws for Halloween. Will post some images when I make it.

Here are some new monster dolls I have just finished making. I still haven’t come up with a collective name for them so if anyone has a good suggestion please comment. I will be making other shapes soon…
I am in the process of gathering enough stock for an Etsy shop to sell these wee dolls on. I will keep you all posted when I launch it. Remember names for the dolls are always welcome!

In the last year I have started making wee monsters dolls out of old fabric found in charity shops and old clothes etc. There are loads of dolls about to get inspiration from. I recently found out a my pal Ivonne is working for Donna Wilson who makes pre-stitched knitted shapes so you can assemble and stuff your own wee monster. I got one for Christmas, but still need to stitch it up. I’m still building my own wee collection but here are a few examples…

I am currently making a sunflower which I will post soon.
